Our role and scope of services as lead office and point of contact comprise the following:

  • Handle and manage all relevant marketing and sales proposals, budgets, sales exhibitions and sales closure within Malaysia on sale of the subject property.
  • Knight Frank’s respective offices shall coordinate with Malaysia on relevant sales documentation for completion of sales contract.
  • Provide necessary support staff to instructed and targeted offices when required and necessary for any events, launches and sales support.
  • Undertake sales enquiries, negotiations and closures in the respective countries.
  • Where necessary and relevant, to provide proposals and budgets for sales exhibitions, events, and media plans via Knight Frank Malaysia for Client’s approval.
  • Execution of necessary marketing and sales actions relevant for the successful exhibition and launch events, including but not limited to advertising media plans, exhibition set up and sales logistics.
