Chong has over 34 years of working experience in property valuation, real estate agency, marketing and other related real estate professional services.
His expertise includes the valuation of a wide spectrum of properties, in particular, mega commercial and township projects, hotels, retail and office complexes, industrial premises and resort properties for varied purposes including financing, accounting, sale and purchase, compulsory acquisition, submission to the Securities Commission (SC), Foreign Investment Committee (FIC), Asset Management Companies, Director General of Insurance (DGI) and assessment appeal.
In recent years, Chong has been involved in two major corporate valuations for submission to the Securities Commission i.e. the IPO of Sunway and Pavillion Reits.
