Dominic is a qualified Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) with over 15 years of General Practice property experience. Dominic started his property career with Sparkes Porter LLP – a niche property consultancy, focusing on London’s West-End Office acquisition and disposal advice.
Dominic then spent 5 years with Montagu Evans LLP working on UK-based projects. The majority of his experience came from the Business Rates Department where he provided taxation advice to retained clients such as Starbucks, McDonalds and Subway.
Dominic joined Knight Frank Malaysia in January 2011 and is now the key contact for International Project Marketing (Inbound projects). Having been brought up in London and travelled extensively throughout Europe, Asia and the Americas, Dominic has now coordinated a number of prime international property sales exhibitions, for major developers.
An ability to listen & understand his clients’ needs has allowed Dominic to continuously achieve his clients’ goals and expectations. A professional yet personable character allows him to forge solid relationships and demonstrates why he has seen a great deal of success from referrals and repeat clients.
