Keith HY Ooi is the Executive Director of Valuation and Advisory services at Knight Frank Malaysia. Graduated with Bachelor of Business in Property from RMIT University, Australia, he has about 18 years of experience in real estate valuation and consultancy services in Malaysia and prior returning to Knight Frank Malaysia, he was the Country Head of Knight Frank Cambodia.
Presently, Keith co-heads the Valuation and Advisory business in Malaysia and he is responsible for undertaking and managing large scale of corporate valuation related work in particular valuation for submission to Securities Commission Malaysia and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Notable involvements, amongst others include the IPO/Listing along with the subsequent acquisition of properties by Sunway and Pavilion REITs.
Keith is a Registered Valuer, Estate Agent and Property Manager with BOVAEPM, an Executive Committee Member of PEPS and Members of RICS, RISM, MIPFM and IACVA.
