Real estate organizations integrating nature-related considerations are better positioned to adapt to changing environmental conditions.
EECA Compliance:
We provide consulting services to real estate clients to comply with the upcoming Energy Efficiency and Conservation Act (EECA) 2023. The scope we offer includes providing registered energy manager services during the transition period to fulfill the energy manager duties as specified in the act and regulations. This encompasses the development of an energy management system (EnMS), preparation of an annual energy efficiency and conservation report, assistance in the energy audit process, application for the energy intensity label, and participation in energy committee meetings at the building level.
Indoor Air Quality Assessment:
We are working with our partners to provide Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) assessments for your offices or buildings. The qualified assessor will conduct a thorough assessment, produce a comprehensive IAQ report, and offer advice on compliance with industry codes of practice for indoor air quality.
Green Lease:
We provide green lease advisory services for landlords and occupiers, encompassing baseline data analysis, tenant and landlord engagement, the development of green lease clauses, the signing of the agreement, and action plan development for building performance improvement. Additionally, we assist in establishing the Building Management Group (BMG) and coordinate quarterly BMG meetings to provide updates on building performance.
Power Purchase Agreement (PPA):
We are working with our partners to provide our clients with the PPA Solution, which offers businesses the opportunity to leverage clean and sustainable solar energy without the need for upfront investment (Zero CAPEX) in purchasing and installing their own solar energy systems. With this solution, businesses can effectively reduce their energy costs, minimize their carbon emissions (backed by RECs), and achieve their ESG and sustainability goals.
Renewable Energy Certificate (REC):
RECs certify that the associated electricity comes from clean, renewable sources, facilitating a transition to low-carbon energy. We conduct a comprehensive analysis of your Scope 2 emissions, seeking renewable energy quotas from registered I-REC participants in Malaysia and securing the quota to offset your emissions, with support from Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs).
