Allan is a certified valuer, estate agent, and property manager registered with Lembaga Penilai, Pentaksir, Ejen Harta Tanah dan Pengurus Harta (LPPEH). He plays an active role within LPPEH as a panel member for evaluators in the Real Estate Diploma Program, Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, and Master's Degree in Property Management. He is also a part of the Estate Agents Practice Committee (EAPC) and serves as a CPD speaker under LPPEH's purview.

Allan is also actively involved in various commercial real estate transactions, primarily focusing on land, development, joint ventures, industry, and hospitality sectors. Together with his team, he has successfully closed several significant deals. Additionally, Allan serves on industry expert/advisory boards for University Malaya and International University of Malaya- Wales.
