Portfolio analysis, acquisition and disposal services
The team provides property investors and owners with sales services for all types of land, commercial and industrial assets. We survey on suitable asset types, existing yield structure and upside potentials. Property inspections are executed to gauge asset maintenance and upkeep standards, potential capital expenditure and asset enhancement possibilities. An investment report is presented to describe the asset, which includes an investment analysis and cash flows to highlight potential return. We identify suitable assets that fit the investment portfolio and advice on innovative sale terms that should be incorporated in the agreement to make a successful purchase / sale.
