Managing REIT Properties: Sunway REIT Portfolio
Knight Frank Property Management was appointed to manage multiple assets within the Sunway REIT portfolio, including Sunway Resort Hotel & Spa, Sunway Pyramid Hotel, Sunway Putra Hotel, and Sunway Hotel Georgetown. Our mandate covered full commercial management, financial controls, tenant relationship management and regulatory compliance — ensuring each asset met REIT performance requirements and delivered consistent occupier satisfaction and capital appreciation.
Consultancy: TNB Platinum Headquarters Campus
Knight Frank provided property management consultancy services for TNB's Platinum Headquarters Campus in 2023. The engagement encompassed a full review of operations, maintenance standards, procurement processes and facilities management, providing actionable recommendations to optimise building performance and improve long-term operational efficiency.
Building Condition Assessment: Wisma TM, Taman Desa
Knight Frank was commissioned by the client to undertake a comprehensive Building Condition Assessment of Wisma TM in Taman Desa in 2022. The assessment delivered a detailed health report covering the building envelope, M&E systems and common areas, with prioritised recommendations for repair, refurbishment and lifecycle maintenance to protect long-term asset value.
We are grateful to see significant improvements in the overall efficiency and maintenance of our property. To date, our property has now also managed to achieve the certification as an EMGS 2-star certified building by MGTC. KFPM team professionalism coupled with prompt response have been truly commendable.
