Knight Frank Malaysia was appointed to manage the disposal of a prime 8-acre commercial land parcel strategically positioned along Jalan Semantan, within the prestigious enclave of Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur — on behalf of Puncak Madu Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Selangor Properties Berhad.
Given the profile of the asset and the nature of the client's requirements, Knight Frank adopted a targeted, direct one-to-one approach to identify and engage the most suitable purchaser. Through extensive negotiations and commercial discussions, our team successfully secured a qualified buyer and brought the transaction to a successful close — marking one of the most significant land deals transacted within this highly coveted locality.
The transaction was concluded at approximately RM305 million, reflecting the enduring land value premium commanded by Damansara Heights and Knight Frank's ability to deliver optimal outcomes for vendors through strategic positioning, market insight and disciplined negotiation.

Knight Frank advised on the successful sale of a high-tech industrial facility within Kulim Hi-Tech Park, one of Malaysia's premier technology-focused industrial precincts in Kedah. The asset comprised approximately 700,000 sq ft of gross floor area set on a 60-acre landholding — a significant industrial footprint suited to advanced manufacturing operations.
Acting as exclusive agent for the vendor, Panasonic Solar Energy Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Knight Frank managed the full transaction process, identifying and securing Intel Technology Sdn Bhd as the acquirer. The deal was concluded at RM 133,000,000, reflecting strong investor appetite for well-located, purpose-built industrial assets in Malaysia's high-technology corridor.

Knight Frank advised on the disposal of two high-tech electrical and electronics (E&E) facilities situated within a Free Trade Zone in Petaling Jaya, Selangor — a strategically significant industrial location well-established within Malaysia's E&E manufacturing ecosystem.
Acting as exclusive agent for the vendor, Western Digital (M) Sdn Bhd, Knight Frank managed the end-to-end transaction across both plots, securing separate acquirers for each asset. Plot 1 was transacted to Wistron Technology (M) Sdn Bhd, while Plot 2 was acquired by Sunway REIT. The combined transaction was concluded at RM 180,500,000, across a total land area of approximately 15 acres and gross floor area of 998,000 sq ft — underscoring sustained institutional demand for quality industrial assets in Greater Kuala Lumpur's established manufacturing corridors.
The team demonstrated strong expertise by successfully securing a purchaser for our site in Kiara East, Kuala Lumpur, through an Expression of Interest (EOI) campaign.
