Knight Frank Malaysia Valuation Team was involved as independent property valuer in relation to the valuation of the initial portfolio of Paradigm Real Estate Investment Trust, comprising retail shopping malls. The portfolio formed part of Paradigm REIT’s listing on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia, with the subject properties collectively valued at approximately RM2.4 billion.

Hospitality and redevelopment valuation for a landmark Jalan Ampang asset

Knight Frank Malaysia Valuation Team was appointed as independent valuer for Corus Hotel KLCC, a 13-storey hotel property located along Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur. The valuation considered the property under two bases: an existing-use hotel basis and a redevelopment basis.
