Charmain is a Registered Valuer and Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents and Property Managers Malaysia and has more than 10 years of working experience in real estate professional services in Malaysia.
She is responsible for undertaking valuation for wide range of properties and specializes in particular, purpose-built high-rise office building, retail mall, medical centre, hotels, industrial premises, development lands, on-going projects and institutional premises for various purposes. She is also entrusted with management-coordination role for the portfolio valuation including the submission to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad and Securities Commission (SC).
