For effective maintenance of building facilities and services, qualified, skilled and experience service providers are necessary to achieve high quality standards expected by the clients. Knight Frank will manage all such service providers and set Key Performances Indexes (KPI) to ensure level of services are maintained. 

Security Arrangement

As your property manager, Knight Frank will manage the operations of security and emergency preparedness standards for the property so as to ensure uniformity and consistency in security management practices that prevent loss, reduce liability and lower cost.
